This Privacy Policy describes how BOWEN HILLS RETAIL PTY. LTD. handles personal information connected with visits, orders, support requests, and checkout activity for Tevnx.
A Site Visitor can browse tumbler capacities, dimensions, lid formats, materials, and package contents without sending a support message. When a Buyer asks for help, the message may contain an order reference, requested specification, delivery question, return photographs, or component issue; customers should omit passwords and complete payment credentials.
